Project Secondments
The approach of seconding clinical and academic staff to specific implementation projects enhances CLAHRC SY projects and develops the individuals involved.   Front-line practitioners bring expertise from the clinical field and have the opportunity to develop skills in implementation and change management.   Academic staff contribute expertise in research and evaluation and are able to develop specific skills in implementation science and enhance their clinical knowledge.
